We are looking for responsible and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses nurses who want to make a difference in the lives of adult clients.
Case Example: Adult Female, St. Louis County, Memory Care, Hoyer Lift, G-Tube, Aspirator, ADL's, 12 hour shifts On going rotation Week one: 3 days. Week two: 4 days. Day time and Overnight shifts available. Wonderful client, family and residence. $35-$40 per hour plus incentive opportunities.

Position Requirements:
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) license in good standing
- Current CPR Certification (BLS) *we offer free courses if you need your BLS*
- Negative TB skin test (within last year)
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
- Proof of Flu Vaccination, highly recommended to increase available client shifts
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
