The main duties of the LPN include patient monitoring and pain medication management.
You choose the shifts you want to work. The following per-diem 8.5 hour shifts are available on a week by week basis and include a 30 minute unpaid break :
- 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
- 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm
- 11 : 00pm to 7 : 30am
Pay rate : 30 / hr paid weekly

Assess patient's clinical status and environment, identifying needs for treatment and personal care addressing pain and discomfortEnsure patient care needs are met as identified in patient assessmentsProvide education, counseling, interventions as necessary to provide comfort care, maximizing quality of life for patient and familySkilled nursing care as prescribed by physician which may include monitoring & tracking vitals, IV placement, comprehensive personal care, phlobotomy, medication and wound careResponsible for ordering / reordering medicationAuthorize, coordinate, supervise care of subordinate care providers per Plan of Care, and in accordance with state and federal regulationsReports changes in condition; recommends orders to Shift SupervisorProvides bereavement support to the family as appropriateMay pronounce at times of patient expiration as neededQualifications and Requirements

Salary : $30
