Responsibilities :

• Full Cycle recruiting including : sourcing, attending job fairs, managing social media platforms, and attending community events
• Sourcing : Proactively engaging talent and publishing job listings on ATS and other job boards
• Screening : Evaluating candidates qualifications and fit for roles. Conduct prescreening interviews
• Selecting : Conducting structured in-person interviews and collecting feedback
• Hiring : Making job offers and conducting background and reference checks
• Onboarding : Transitioning the candidates to hired employees, Organizing and preparing for Orientation
• Maintaining employee credentials required by state
• Maintain contact with all active employees
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
• Provide recruitment activities for two office locations and travel as needed
• Other HR responsibilities as directed by Branch Manager
