Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care as directed
- Assist clients with range of motion exercises and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Help with walking, transportation, and appointments
- Maintain and respect client rights and confidentiality
Caregiver Requirements:
- Registered as a Home Care Aide in California
- Legal U.S. work documentation
- Certified CPR and negative TB test or chest x-ray
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
- Licensed driver with a reliable, insured car
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations
