- Provide client care according to personalized Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care, meals, feeding, and hygiene
- Provide transportation as required
- Provide a safe environment for yourself and client through safe practices
- Ability to utilize electronic documentation and record keeping requirements CNA / PCA / HHA Job Requirements :
- CNA License or Completion of a HHA or PCA Program
- Minimum of 1 year personal care experience
- CPR completion
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car / auto insurance
- Complete a background check and have no criminal record
- Drug screening; must pass CNA / PCA / HHA Benefits :
