We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Care Medicaid Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely billing for Medicaid programs, including ArChoices and PACE Medicaid, while also supporting administrative and human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:Billing & Medicaid Compliance:
- Accurately process and submit ArChoices and PACE Medicaid claims.
- Utilize Authenticare, MMIS, and EVV systems for billing and documentation.
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and rejections.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
Administrative & HR Support:
- Assist with scheduling client inquiries and employee job assignments.
- Answer phone calls and provide support to clients, caregivers, and office staff.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding as needed.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between office staff and field employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Medicaid billing (specifically ArChoices and PACE Medicaid) required.
- Proficiency in Authenticare, MMIS, and EVV programs is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in home care, healthcare administration, or HR preferred.
