Position Overview:
As an LPN with BrightStar Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position specifically requires expertise in G-tube care and trach care. If you are dedicated, reliable, and passionate about nursing, we want to hear from you!

Schedule
Every Sunday 7am-7pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer G-tube feedings and care, ensuring proper technique and hygiene.
- Perform trach care, including cleaning and maintenance of the tracheostomy site.
- Monitor and assess client’s health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with activities and personal care
- Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
- seizure protocol experience
- G-tube experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR Certification
- Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
