Job Summary :

BrightStar Care - Bucks County, PA is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Home Health Aid (HHA) / Caregiver / CNA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients in their homes. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.

Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medication and assist with medical equipment as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility and exercise as directed by a healthcare professional
  • Monitor and report changes in a client's health status
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aid (HHA) / Caregiver / CNA
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
