Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate registered nurses (RNs) for direct care work, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide direct care and support to clients as an LPN/caregiver during field assignments, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and adherence to care plans.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide information to clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain all paperwork, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Facilitate the transmission of important documents by sending faxes and ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients, providing necessary information and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Foster a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the office, promoting a positive work environment for all team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
