We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a wonderful pediatric patient in the Thornville, Ohio area. This patient is visually impaired and G-tube dependent, and their family is looking for a compassionate nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality care.
Position Details:
- Location: Thornville, Ohio
- Schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Compensation: Starting at $31.00 per hour
- Other Opportunities: If the schedule for this particular patient does not align with your availability, please reach out to us as we have additional openings in the Columbus and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with the approved Plan of Care
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for the client
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping
- Foster positive relationships with the client and their family
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- At least one year of experience with G-tube care is preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
