Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of top nursing talent, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and progress.
• Utilize multiple recruiting platforms (really, social media, networking, etc.)
• Conduct interviews, verify credentials, eference checks, and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in high-volume nursing recruitment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing trends in WV, MD, and VA
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals
• Proficiency with ATS systems,
• Must be located in a commutable distance to WV, VA, and MD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, human resources information system (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting
• Certification in recruitment or healthcare management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CPRP) is a plus.
