Your Role as a PCA
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for seniors by providing personalized support and companionship. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
✔ Monitoring and reporting changes in health status to the nursing team to ensure proactive care.
✔ Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and emotional well-being.
✔ Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
✔ Upholding BrightStar Care’s high standards of quality, ethics, and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Valid PCA Certificate.
- CPR certification.
- Arkansas Driver's License.
- Automobile Insurance.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
