Job description
BrightStar Care of West Ventura County is hiring per diem Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapist to work throughout the county.

Responsibilities :
Regular travel to patient's homes is required
Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function
Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and maximizing their independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience :
Minimum of [1] year of experience as a Physical Occupational Therapist in a hospital or acute care setting
Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Proficient in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions and injuries
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications
Valid CA Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License
