Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable team player and skilled Maintenance Person to be responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of a single property in the Boca Raton area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining the property's appearance and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of the property including light pressure cleaning
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
