Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- ABA services in our childcare centers are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions.
- Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom.
- Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.
What we are looking for:
- Seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in Milledgeville, GA childcare centers.
- Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.
- Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff.
- Offer behavioral consultation within partner childcare centers.
What You’ll Need:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

- Total compensation: $100,000 ($85,000 $15,000 performance-based bonuses)
