Job Summary :
The Clinic Coordinator / Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake process for new clients in Florida, Georgia, & Indiana and supporting the Southpoint and Lake Gray clinics operationally. This position serves as a 50 / 50 split between the two positions. As the Intake Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. The Intake Coordinator will guide families through the enrollment process, verify insurance benefits, coordinate initial assessments, and maintain accurate client records. As the Clinic Coordinator, you will support clinical and administrative operations throughout the two clinics.
Intake Coordinator Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Conduct initial intake screenings to collect essential information about the client's needs and eligibility.
- Collaborate with the authorizations team to Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for ABA therapy services
- Coordinate and schedule initial assessments and evaluations with the clinical team.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition from intake to treatment.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate families on the ABA therapy process and available services.
- Assist with referrals and coordinate communication with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Stay up to date with insurance policies, coverage requirements, and industry best practices.
