The ideal candidate will have 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck, as well as 3 years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines and have dependable transportation. Additionally, you must attend and pass training and a background check, and be able to lawfully work in the USA. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
