Here's what you'd do :
The Sales Representative promotes and sells products / services to customers and represents the BrightView brand. This role is responsible for connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class landscaping services.
You'd be responsible for :
- Acquires new commercial customers through "door-to-door," direct marketing, and other activities. Includes identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.
- Assists operational partners to negotiate contracts and pricing schedules with customers.
- Develops and presents sales presentations / proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs.
- Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics.
- Attends and successfully completes training programs.
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
