We are currently seeking an experienced CPA with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on tax return preparation for an initial two-year period, followed by a transition into quality control and staff supervision.
This role offers a pathway to partnership within 2-5 years, with buy-in options available.
While audit experience is not a requirement, it will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex corporate, partnership, and fiduciary income tax returns.
- Move into overseeing quality control and staff supervision.
- Potential to progress into partnership role within 2 to 5 years.
- Integrate fully into the company and community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Public Accountant with 15-20 years of experience.
- Should have some non-profit experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate into the community.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Thompson Reuters software (a big plus).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
