As our Dining Services Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless, and memorable dining experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and mentor dining room staff to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee restaurant operations and private dining experiences, ensuring top-quality service.
Manage staffing, including recruiting, hiring, and scheduling front-of-house employees.
Monitor compliance with health, fire, liquor, and food safety regulations.
Control waste and manage budgets for labor, food, and beverage operations.
Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring the restaurant and bar are fully stocked.
Assist in menu development, including wine and drink selections.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution.
Execute special events, ensuring smooth setup, service, and breakdown.
Be hands-on when needed, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of management experience in dining, hospitality, or restaurant settings.
Food Handler’s Card & Liquor Permit (required).
Strong leadership & customer service skills—able to engage with guests & staff effectively.
Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, Word, and Publisher.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and oversee operations with efficiency.
Passion for creating an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests.
