Position Summary:
As Executive Director, you will:
- Lead with vision and inspire a collaborative management team.
- Foster a positive environment for residents and staff.
- Ensure community operations are fiscally sound and adhere to all guidelines.
- Promote a welcoming image that supports full community occupancy.
Essential Responsibilities:

Community Management:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of resident, employee, and community information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including human resources, marketing, dining, health and safety, accounting, maintenance, and activities.

Resident and Family Relations:
- Ensure residents’ needs are consistently met with compassion and excellence.
- Build positive relationships with residents’ families and significant others.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-quality, stable staff.
- Lead dynamic training programs to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Inspire confidence, motivation, and pride among employees.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Appropriate licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
