Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, system-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. This new role is pivotal to optimizing our HR and Payroll systems to support scalability as our organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems (particularly UKG), reporting, and compliance, and will work closely with our Benefits, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to build a robust infrastructure for our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Enhance system security and ensure compliance within the HRIS platform.

Develop and maintain HR and Payroll reports, including UKG dashboard reports, for Directors and Managers.

Assist in the development and rollout of training programs, including a safety training program within UKG.

Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the HR/Payroll Chatbot.

Play a key role in the onboarding of new communities, ensuring systems and tools are ready for day-one operations.

Collaborate with HR and Payroll team to optimize systems for scalability and efficiency.

Partner with the Benefits and Compliance team and Risk Management to create and maintain the Brightwater training library, including safety videos and resources.
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in HRIS, with strong UKG experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience developing system reports and dashboards.

Familiarity with system security, compliance, and best practices in data integrity.

Experience supporting or leading training program implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
