?? Prepare and cook high-quality meals following Brightwater’s recipes and dietary guidelines.
?? Ensure food is fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing at every meal.
?? Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations and a welcoming dining environment.
?? Follow food safety & sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
?? Support bistro services, including food prep, stocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting space.
?? Engage with residents and staff, bringing positivity and professionalism to the dining experience.
? What We’re Looking For
?? 2 years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.
?? Ability to prepare recipes in various quantities using basic math skills.
?? Strong attention to detail for plating, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
?? Effective communication skills—both verbal and written.
?? Current Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain).
?? Ability to meet state health & safety requirements.
