Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Development & Outreach
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry leaders.
- Develop and implement community outreach efforts to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Work closely with the digital media manager and graphic designer to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Represent Brightwater at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and enhance sales performance.
- Step in to support sales vacancies as needed to maintain operational success.
Operational & Analytics Tracking
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance across platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop sales leaderboards to track performance, motivate teams, and recognize top achievers.
Team Management & Coaching
- Train, mentor, and collaborate with sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor individual and team achievements.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams.
- Strong knowledge of the senior living industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
