Position Summary

Brightwater Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to oversee and execute sales strategies within a designated geographic region. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth, supporting sales managers, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the senior living industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Development & Outreach

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry leaders.
  • Develop and implement community outreach efforts to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the digital media manager and graphic designer to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Represent Brightwater at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and enhance sales performance.
  • Step in to support sales vacancies as needed to maintain operational success.

Operational & Analytics Tracking

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance across platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop sales leaderboards to track performance, motivate teams, and recognize top achievers.

Team Management & Coaching

  • Train, mentor, and collaborate with sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to enhance prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor individual and team achievements.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the senior living industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
