What We're Looking For
- 2 years of Digital Media sales, programmatic preferred (Brand, Agency, Publisher or Platform)
- Track record of achieving sales goals
- Proven success in an Associate Account Executive, Business Development Representative or related digital advertising role
- Proven experience independently managing a book of business, sales pipeline, proposal development, and client relationships
- Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising and digital marketing landscape
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Able to handle stress under tight deadlines and financial pressures.
- Excellent written, verbal, phone & video presentation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Able to build strong relationships and establish rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications Not Required:
- Fluent knowledge of CTV, Search & Social, mobile, DOOH, Rich Media and other digital media products
What You'll Be Responsible For
Account Executives build and foster relationships with agencies & brands. Account Executives are responsible for growing company revenue by generating net new business opportunities and adding growth to current accounts.
- Prospect and establish new accounts to achieve revenue goals.
- Grow revenue within existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Deliver engaging presentations and strategic proposals addressing client business goals.
- Engage decision-makers throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal presentation, and conversion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage the sales pipeline using internal tools and Hubspot CRM.
- Accurately project and forecast revenue throughout the year.
- Collect customer feedback to identify product, service, and future revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and competitor opportunities.
- Travel as needed within the territory to engage with potential and existing accounts (10-15%).
- Attend and participate in industry marketing and networking events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
