Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide advanced IT support and oversee the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment. This role supports both onsite and remote users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fast issue resolution, and secure system management. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly organized, and customer-service oriented with a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
End-User & Device Support
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in person and remotely
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
Deliver support through ticketing systems, phone, email, and remote tools
Follow up on closed issues to ensure resolution and user satisfaction
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
Manage user accounts, access rights, and licensing in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments
Support Teams configuration and ensure functionality across departments
Handle password resets, group policies, and mailbox configurations
Network & Systems Maintenance
Identify and resolve connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Support basic network device configuration (switches, routers, access points)
Perform regular hardware diagnostics and upgrades for desktop infrastructure
Monitor performance and health of IT assets, escalating where needed
Process, Documentation & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and user guides
Log all service tickets accurately, including problem analysis and resolution steps
Support adherence to IT policies, data security standards, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with IT leadership on reporting, performance metrics, and improvement strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
10 years of IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
Strong familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Expertise in Microsoft 365 admin center and tools
Solid understanding of user account management, access permissions, and directory services
Proficient in hardware configuration and maintenance (RAM, drives, NICs, etc.)
Network troubleshooting basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Comfortable supporting remote and hybrid teams
Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
