Skilled Nursing Care Specialist
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. As a skilled nursing care specialist, you will evaluate patients, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure efficient and effective care.
About the Role:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
