In this role, you will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
You will be responsible for communicating patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts, collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care, and managing patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
