Responsibilities
- The HR Executive serves as a strategic partner to design and deliver people strategies and solutions, including workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational design
- This leader ensures that business outcomes are achieved through effective change management support and by facilitating caregiver engagement
- Develops integrated, data informed solutions by partnering with business and clinical senior leaders, as well as HR Solutions Center and Networks of Expertise (NoE's)
- Strategy Deployment: Partners in the strategy deployment process as part of the BU/entity senior leadership team
- Leads people strategies by leveraging system HR strategic initiatives, translating into local needs as necessary
- Owns implementation and execution of system HR initiatives
- Workforce Planning: Advises clinical and business senior leaders on forecasting workforce needs, including evaluating internal supply and external labor market trends
- Leadership Development: Facilitates the leadership development process for the BU/entity senior leadership team, including leadership coaching, succession planning, support development planning, and champions diversity through the development process
- Change Management: Assesses the impact of strategic initiatives to ensure that appropriate change and transition plans are in place to engage and inspire caregivers to support a successful change
- Organizational Design: Advises and leads organizational design efforts for change and transformation in the organization, and ensure all appropriate elements are in place for true transformation
- Caregiver Engagement & Culture: Assesses and understands the culture of the BU/entity and how that culture impacts clinical and business outcomes
- Coaches senior leaders to positively influence the workplace environment and culture, and proactively influence KPIs that influence caregiver engagement in alignment with overall HR Strategy
- Data and Analytics: Uses analytics to translate information into business decisions to drive outcomes
- Utilizes Intermountain's Operating Model (Continuous Improvement)
- Networks of Expertise Liaison: Partners with NoE's to bring specialized HR services to meet business objectives and maximize the value of Intermountain's HR service delivery model (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations)
- Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands
- See and read computer monitors and document
- Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment

Salary: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
