Branch Account Manager is critically important to our growth and success. Our mission is to be a premiere and sought-after employer known for providing high quality service, to be profitable in all we do, and to have a healthy culture rich in safety, mutually beneficial relationships, and continuous improvement. As Account Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with current customers. You will be responsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunities. Moreover you will serve as brand ambassador when attending network events, establish, build, and manage customer and network partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to Brilar’s Mission, Vision and Core Values: Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Win/Win (1 1=3), Unity, Integrity, Safety, and Respect
- Build, retain and manage current client relationships and seek new business for lawn maintenance, landscape enhancement, snow & ice removal
- Effectively promote and upsell additional services to maximize portfolio potential
- Nourish the clients positive experience consistently
- Provide customer service, timely correspondence, follow-up, and follow-through with the customer
- Act as client’s primary point of contact for all accounts being managed
- Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
- Perform monthly site audits and provide reports to clients
- Work closely with the operations managers and branch managers regarding scope of service and service issues
- Responsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunities
- Report all incidents, accidents, and injuries immediately
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Accurate submission of all required documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:

- Pass driver’s background check
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must be insurable by Brilar insurance carrier
- Consent and pass random, reasonable suspicion, post incident, and pre-employment drug testing
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial Landscape & Snow Removal industry
- Able to work as a team and take direction from multiple sources
- Be a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision
- Positive and friendly attitude, self-motivated, well organized and work with professionalism
- Must have working knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
