Account Manager is critically important to our growth and success. Account Manager has a large part to play in advancing our mission, by leading company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. You are responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. You also represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company. You will establish, build and manage sub-contractor partnerships. The focus will be on the headquarters and key buying locations of assigned accounts, while coordinating closely with field associates assigned to these customers' other locations. Responsibilities:

- Build, retain and manage current national client relationships and seek for new business for both lawn, landscape maintenance and snow & ice removal
- Establishes, Builds and Manages Sub-Contractor Partnerships
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
- Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
- Act as client's primary point of contact for all accounts being managed
- Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement
- Self-performance of landscape or snow services may be necessary
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
- Monthly Site Inspections
- Meet monthly sales goal
- Weekly Check-in with Service Parker; SP Feedback Score; Retention Rate & Growth Rate
- Client Relationships

- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or similar preferred
- Professional-level knowledge and experience within the commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal industry (preferred)
- Must be willing and able to adhere to heavy travel schedule (travel days may vary)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work as a team and take direction from multiple sources
- Be a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision
- Be self-motivated, well organized and work with professionalism
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude
- Must have proficient knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience operating landscape and snow equipment is a plus
- Pass pre-hire drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post incident drug testing
