Many businesses are still completely uneducated about the potential savings and rebates available, and even worse, some have been sold poor quality products that don’t suit their needs.
We are here to fight for the little guy. We are putting dollars back in our local business owner’s pockets by helping them significantly reduce their product and energy costs. Just this last year, we’ve helped our partners and customers save hundreds of thousands of dollars on their lighting needs by providing a factory direct lighting solution.
We've proven the model and pitch are working extremely well and are now looking to take our products to every major market in the USA.
This is your chance to work with one of our experienced Territory Sales Manager's to drive sales in your local market and grow a pipeline that will deliver great sales for you and the company.
Job Functions Include:
· Generating and following up on leads via phone/email/text/in-person meetings.
· Following up on leads provided by marketing
· Cold and Warm Reach Out to potential customers
· Collaborating on sales processes, techniques, and communicating client needs to management.
· Completing lighting audits and proposals
· Flexible hours and schedule with some set expectations
· 1099 Position with uncapped commissions
You will be expected to meet with and create a pipeline of ESCO's, Electrical Contractors, and direct sales opportunities to build the Brilled Lighting brand and presence in your local territory. As you grow, some existing accounts in your territory may also be passed to you to manage, giving you additional earning opportunities.

About Brilled Lighting:
The Brilled Lighting brand was created in 2019 as the beginning of our distribution brand for our LED Lighting products. Prior to that time, our LED products have been sold in the US primarily through OEM and private label channels. With the launch of the Brilled Lighting brand, we have invested heavily over the last 4 years in growing our own partner network all over the United States.
As a member of your territory sales team, you would play a crucial role in serving your local communities, contractors, and ESCO's by helping them fulfill their lighting needs with an excellent experience and at a fraction of the cost. Growth opportunities are almost endless for those willing to put in the effort to be here at the beginning and help grow the Brilled Lighting brand.
Compensation: High Commissions w/NO CAP. Starting base available.

· Experience in B2B or B2C Sales, preferably in a competitive environment such as door to door sales
· Loves living and working in the growth phase of a company
· Passionate about contacting new leads and forming meaningful relationship to people business forward
· Willing to put in the work up front to help grow a small business.
· Self-motivated to succeed and results driven
· Understands the “why” behind everything we do
· Collaborative team player. Win together-lose together
· A minimum 2 years lighting or related sales experience

You will be offering our Brilled Lighting line of products as well as products from key OEM partners that allow us to offer a wide variety of products at factory-direct price points. Pay: $0.01 - $200,000.00 per year
