About the Role :
As a Diamond Setter, you’ll play a key role in creating breathtaking, high-quality pieces that celebrate life’s most precious moments. Your expertise in precision and artistry will help transform raw diamonds into dazzling works of art.
Key Responsibilities :
Setting stones and diamonds.
Polishing jewelry and rings (before and after setting stones).
Performing rhodium plating and quality control checks on finished pieces..
Requirements :
Jewelry Experience : Skilled in polishing, resizing, repairing, and stone setting.
Strong Work Ethic : Committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Effective Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Willing to relocate in Boynton Beach Florida

Terms :
- Compensation : $25-$30 per hour (negotiable based on experience, we are flexible)
- M-F, weekends off
- Relocation Assistance : We’ll support you in making a smooth transition to sunny Florida to enjoy year-round sunshine, beaches, and vibrant local culture.
- Full Time (Dayshift)
- 5 Paid Vacation Days (after one year of employment)
- Paid Legal Holidays (that fall on business days) : New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
