Job Description:
Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Senior Associate with 3 to 8 years of defense side employment litigation experience, specializing in California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. The role requires someone adept at drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
The ideal candidate will have stellar academic credentials, robust writing and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively.
Admission to the California bar is required.

Admission to the CA Bar
Defense side employment litigation experience required
