Brilliance.com is looking for a detail-driven Picker/Packer/Shipper to ensure customer orders are processed with speed and precision. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments, generate labels and tracking info via Parcel Pro or similar systems., and work with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Carefully manage small, or fragile items to ensure secure packaging and shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and defects before shipping.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain order logs, update shipment records, and communicate with internal teams regarding order status.
- Customer Order Support: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to resolve order-related issues. Handle daily office tasks such as responding to emails, answering calls, checking voicemails, and following up with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations. (eCommerce logistics is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Works efficiently to meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Basic Computer Skills – Ability to use order management systems (WMS), shipping software (Parcel Pro, FedEx, UPS), and barcode scanners.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or similar productivity tools.Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or similar productivity tools.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and fulfillment software.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse management systems.
- Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics best practices.
Terms:
- $40,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year. (negotiable)
- M-F, weekends as needed.
- 8 hr shift.
- 401(k).

- 5 Paid Vacation Days (after one year of employment).
- Paid Legal Holidays (that fall on business days): New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
