About the Role
As a Picker/Packer/Shipper at Brilliance, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing customer orders for shipment.
- Managing inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with restocking.
- Preparing shipments, generating labels and tracking info, and coordinating with carriers.
- Carefully handling small or fragile items for secure packaging and shipment.
- Inspecting items for accuracy and defects before shipping.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Communicating order status with internal teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and eCommerce logistics, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or similar productivity tools.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
