We are Brilliant Borders Landscaping, a premier landscaping and outdoor solutions company serving clients in the Central Iowa area since 2004. Our team specializes in residential and commercial landscape and design, retaining walls, patios, fire features, storm water management, outdoor lightning, decorative concrete landscape edging and commercial lawn care and maintenance, as well as commercial and residential fertilization weed control programs.
The Client Relations Specialist will assist the Vice President and sales team daily with incoming leads, assignment of leads to our sales team using our customer relation management software(CRM), answering phones, responding to text messages and emails leads from our website, initial contact with prospective clients, customer service and warranty service claims, ordering plants for projects, administration of our CRM Sales Process and accuracy of new leads data entry, and communication using email, text, and phone to the sales team and production managers. Assisting the Vice President with marketing using Mail Chimp, social media and SMS Text through our CRM. Ability to work with diverse groups of external clients, vendors and internal team members. Most importantly, you'll be Brilliant Borders Landscaping's ambassador of first impressions when answering the phone and emails.

Required Work, Education, Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma and/ or College
- 1 plus years of experience working in sales, customer service or retail
- Excellent computer skills, Outlook email, Excel and Word, and ability to learn and be trained to use our industry specific software and CRM and Quickbooks
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Clear and effective communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to manage and handle frequent interruptions in workflow, while reprioritizing when necessary
- Lead the day to day implementation of our sales process to increase client satisfaction and communication with prospective clients, clients (current and past)
- Ability to answer incoming phone calls and with training, qualify calls to ensure the scope of work fits Brilliant Borders Landscaping
- Reliable and available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30 pm
