Sign Company - Machine (Router) Operator

Established in 1929, Brilliant Electric Sign Co. (BESCO) is one of the largest Northeast Ohio manufacturers and installers of on-premise illuminated and non-illuminated signs, message centers, and various graphics. We also perform all types of sign service work on any type of existing signs.

As a Full Service Sign Company, we are continuing to expand and we are searching for full-time employee in our manufacturing plant who want to make a career with us! We are willing to train the right person for these openings.

BESCO is currently looking for hard-working, quick-learning and focused candidates to start their career in our plant with some of the duties that include:

• Machine (Router) Operator (Primary)
• Vinyl Application (Secondary)
• General factory work
• and much more !

Excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, take charge individuals with a desire to excel in the sign industry and deliver value to our clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with problem-solving skills, who pays very close attention to accuracy and detail. We are looking for a "CAN DO" attitude. Willingness to lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis and stand for periods of time. Desire to learn and grow with the company.

We are looking for a proven experience but we are willing to train the right individuals for the job. Sign industry experience very helpful but NOT necessary for this position.

- A current valid drivers license

Physical Requirements:

• Requires frequent walking, standing and working with other employees in our manufacturing plant
• Able to work in a manufacturing plant
• Manual dexterity to work with your hands
• Able to lift various materials and place on router tables
• Knowledge of and familiarity with basic hand and power tools a plus (tape measure, level, drill, power tools, etc).
• Basic math and communication skills required along with the ability to read a tape measure

Starting hourly pay to be commensurate with experience. Top starting hourly wage rate for applicants with sign industry experience.
