What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time optometric technician position at Brilliant Eye Doctors?
Seeking a part time optometric technician to join our team in an established and busy optometry practice.
This role assists the optometrist by performing preliminary and diagnostic testing, prepping exam rooms for patients and maintaining accurate medical data in electronic health records. In addition, the role contributes to front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and insurance billing and verification.
Candidates must have at least 2 days of open availability a week including Saturdays. Optometry/medical office experience is preferred but not required.
