Role : Senior Construction Accountant
Location : Minneapolis, Minnesota - Hybrid
Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 Bonus
Benefits : Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA / HSA, 401K, and generous PTO
In partnership with our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Accountant to collaborate with project managers, support the corporate accounting department, and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project accounting to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for construction projects.
- Reconcile and verify financial data across multiple systems.
- Manage accounts receivable exposure for construction projects.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process for construction and field operations.
- Collaborate with regional teams on profit forecasts, variance analysis, contingency planning, billing, accounts receivable, and legal matters.
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and FP&A for quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Maintain project property records to ensure accurate financial reporting.
