Role : GIS Developer

Qualifications :
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment to meet the agency's needs.
- Working knowledge of GPS / GIS theory, practice, analytical, and geo-processing functions; enterprise GIS automation techniques; mobile GIS based applications; and of GPS / GIS principles including, but not limited to, cartography and map design, projection and coordinate systems, and GIS data management.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in using ArcGis Pro, ArcGis Online and ArcGIS Server / Portal; reading, interpreting, analyzing, mapping and displaying spatial and non-spatial data in both digital and physical formats. Experience with static or digital / interactive Maps, ESRI dashboards and ESRI Survey123.
- Using ESRI desktop software suite (ArcGIS Pro) and with other office applications such as Microsoft Suite.
- Designing simple application interfaces; compiling and evaluating information from alternative data sources, i.e. vector; creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Working independently and as a member of a team; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers; and communicating effectively orally and in writing in English.
