Title / Role : Release Manager (Medicaid System)

Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extensions)

Location : SE Atlanta, GA 30334 - Hybrid

Interview Type : Either Web Cam or In Person

Seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team for the Medicaid System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an end-to-end multimodule

release management process.

Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of technical development / change management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office

Suite, and familiar with project management software development tools.

  • Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of

    • management.

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Change Management, Release

    • Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management.

  • Knowledge of Release Management principles and the release management lifecycle including scheduling

    • and coordinating releases across multiple vendors and applications.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices, change control board activities and change

    • request processing.

  • Proficient in release management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of

    • projects from initiation through project closure.

  • Knowledge of basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis; and
  • Ability to organize risks and issues for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.State
  • Government / Public Sector (preferred)
  • Medicaid / Healthcare (preferred)
  • Project / Program Management Certification (preferred)
  • Facilitation (preferred)
