Required Qualifications :
The Contractor should be able to demonstrate the following skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solve business needs and resolve issues.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, Enterprise WSDL, WebServices, JSON and OAuth.
- Experience with other languages such as .Net C#, Java, or others for use with system integrations
- Outstanding knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and development strategies using Apex, Flows, Lightning and other platform technologies.
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, permission set groups, sharing rules)
- 6 years' experience architecting and developing Salesforce / force.com solutions.
- Certified Salesforce Application, System and / or Technical Architect with Trailhead Badges / Super Badges
- Ability to prioritize workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze requirements and documents effectively.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
- Great resourcefulness and an instinct for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions
- A strong customer orientation
- Consistently maintains composure and professionalism.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and / or Call Center a plus.
- Experience with JIRA a plus.
