Job Title : Senior Network Engineer

Location : Rockville, MD (Onsite)

Duration : Long-term contract (C2C)

Job Description : Experience :

  • 10 years in enterprise IT infrastructure and network management.
  • Proven expertise in high-frequency trading or financial services environments.

Certifications :

  • Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or Juniper (JNCIA) certifications preferred.

    • Technical Proficiency :

  • Deep understanding of network protocols, topologies, and architectures.
  • Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and Python for automation.

    • Trading Environment Skills :

  • Knowledge of market data feeds, exchange connectivity, and trading platforms (e.g., FIX protocol) is advantageous.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in fast-paced trading environments.
