A manufacturing client of ours in north suburbs of Chicago (near Northbrook) is seeking a contract Accounting Manager (Hybrid role)
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and manufacturing industry experience required.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Backfilling various tasks including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and management analysis
- Corporate accounting & reporting
- Write/draft process flows/narratives
- Assist with various project and fill in where the team needs (including transaction level work)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing industry required
- Experience operating in SAP environment is highly preferred
- Experience managing direct reports or dotted line relationships is preferred
- Detailed oriented individuals
- Willing to operate in a team-oriented environment
