What You’ll Do:
As a High School Teacher, you’ll lead a class of bright, curious students in Math & Science—but you’re not just here to teach facts. You’re here to spark excitement, build relationships, and guide them through learning in a way that works for them.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Teaching engaging, interactive lessons using the materials we provide.
- Tailoring your approach to meet each student where they are—because everyone learns differently.
- Tracking student progress, giving feedback, and adjusting as needed.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with students and their families.
- Creating an organized, welcoming online classroom that keeps students focused and excited to learn.
- Facilitating project-based learning that helps students see the bigger picture and think critically.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re an incredible teacher with a passion for connecting with students. You’re also highly organized and detail-oriented, knowing how to keep things running smoothly in an online environment.
Here’s what we’d love to see in your background:
- A degree in education and an active teaching certification.
- Experience teaching high school, especially in Math & Science.
- A strong knowledge of teaching best practices, especially online.
- Exceptional communication skills—especially when it comes to building relationships with students and parents.
- Organizational skills and a love for following processes that keep things running smoothly.
- A true passion for empowering students and guiding them on their learning journey.
