Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors and stairs
• Cleaning restrooms
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift 30 lbs., bend, stand, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Independent, hardworking, and reliable
• Have valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Must be available to work nights and weekends

Job Description & Schedule

• Cleaning Schedule
• --We schedule the majority of our commercial cleaning jobs on weeknights and weekends.
• --Weeknight jobs are cleaned between 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm / Monday – Friday
• --Weekend jobs are cleaned between 6:00 am - 11:30 pm / Saturday - Sunday
• --We typically start trainees with a part-time schedule of 10 - 20 hours per week. We can work toward building up to a full time schedule if that is your desire. It can take up to 90 days to establish full time hours.
• A typical shift
• --We utilize software so you'll be able to clock-in, access all job information, read cleaning instructions, navigate to and from each location and clock-out from your phone. We have clients w/ small offices that only take an hour to clean and we have clients w/ larger facilities that require longer shifts, multiple times per week. Therefore, some nights or weekends you would drive to 3 - 5 different locations for quick cleanings or you could be going to only one location for multiple hours.

Compensation

• Our Commercial Cleaning Professionals earn $16 - $18/hour
• --Supervisors earn $19 - $20
• Training wage: $16/hour
• --Training is typically 2 - 4 weeks depending on individual progression
• Wages after training
• --30 day review: $17/hour
• --90 day review: $18/hour
