Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing training, focusing on team building and mentorship
- Communicate face to face with customers and generate interest for solar, while also expressing the values of our company
- Strive to meet individual and team goals
- Educate homeowners on how Solar benefits them
- Establish customer relationships
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Express positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
- Some experience in a previous sales position
