Marketing and Transaction Coordinator
Chicago, IL - Hybrid (3 days in-office)
65,000-$70,000 plus annual bonus

Are you a marketing professional with 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage environment? Looking to take your career to the next level with a globally recognized luxury brand? We're seeking a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to join a leading real estate brokerage in Chicago. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) offers the opportunity to support top-producing brokers while leveraging your marketing and administrative expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Manage marketing and advertising schedules, execute media plans, and support social media efforts.
- Assist brokers with contracts, disclosures, and agreements via DocuSign & SKYSLOPE.
- Schedule buyer tours, prepare listing presentations, and maintain contact databases
- Utilize MLS systems, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel to support brokers effectively.
