Corporate Accounting Supervisor | Hybrid
Location : Chicago, IL
Salary : $130,000-$145,000 Annual Bonuses

Our client, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Corporate Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This organization thrives on technology and innovation, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Manage lease accounting, equity compensation, investments, debt, and hedging.
Conduct research and documentation for emerging accounting issues.
Support financial forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis for complex accounting areas.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and SEC filing schedules.
Partner with external auditors and internal teams to maintain SOX compliance.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
5 years of experience (public accounting background preferred)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
